These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Garnish mobile application (“App”) and the website located at grnsh.app (“Website”), collectively referred to as “Garnish,” operated by individual developer Aslan Sarı. By accessing or using Garnish, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Garnish.
By downloading, installing, or using the App or Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal drinking age in your country of residence. If you are under the legal drinking age, you are strictly prohibited from using Garnish.
Garnish is provided for informational and entertainment purposes related to cocktails and beverages. You agree not to misuse Garnish. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
If you create custom cocktail recipes within the App, you retain ownership of that content. By storing such content in Garnish, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive right to host and display it to you within the App for the purpose of providing the service. Custom recipes are private to your account and are not shared publicly.
Garnish offers in‑app purchases and subscriptions processed securely via Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store. Subscription management and entitlement verification are handled by RevenueCat, which processes transaction receipts to confirm active access. Garnish does not collect or store your payment card details. Billing and refunds are governed by the policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store.
All content in the App and Website, including text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by Aslan Sarı or licensed to Garnish and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.
Garnish uses third‑party services including Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting, app functionality), Sign in with Apple (authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management and entitlement verification), and Google Analytics (website analytics). Your use of Garnish is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.
Garnish is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Garnish will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information provided will be accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aslan Sarı shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use Garnish, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aslan Sarı from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of Garnish or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website or within the App. Your continued use of Garnish constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Garnish at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App or Website.
If you delete your account using the in‑app Delete Account option, your Firebase Auth record will be removed. Your custom recipes stored in Firestore will remain unless you also delete them in‑app or request their deletion via email at privacy@grnsh.app.
These Terms are governed by general principles of law applicable worldwide. If you reside in a country where local consumer protection or data privacy laws apply, those laws will take precedence. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
